Shipping & returns

At TreeHause, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always at the forefront. All our pieces are checked for quality by our co-founder, Bradford, before the products are shipped from Indonesia to our warehouse in the USA. If you have a concern or there was damage during delivery, we will work with you to correct it.


Small items, chairs, and stools are delivered via parcel to your doorstep. Small items leave our warehouse within one week of order. Once shipped, items will arrive within 2-5 days.

Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email wiht your tracking number.

For orders of many items or tables we provide in-home delivery. Service provided via third party courier who will deliver to your door or the first room in your home. Large items will ship from our warehouse within 2 weeks of order. Prior to delivery, you will be notified by the courier to schedule your in-home delivery.

White glove delivery in available upon request for an additional fee. This includes delivery, set up, and removal of packaging.

For International Shipping we can only ship items via parcel. Tables and other large items are not available for Canadian and European customers.


We kindly ask our customers to open and inspect all products upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition and without damages. If any damage is found, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days.

Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

Return Shipping Cost:
We will provide you a prepaid return label. Actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if there is any evidence of excessive wear-and-tear.

If an order is refused due to damages upon delivery, please email us at support@treehause.com to notify us of the refusal so that we can proactively address any replacements that are needed.


  1. Email support@treehause.com and request approval for a return.

  2. If your item has arrived damaged, please include photos of the entire product, damages to the product, packaging, and damages to the packaging. All our shipments are fully insured and these are the requirements to submit a claim. Email this along with your order number to support@treehause.com

  3. We will work with you to assess and resolve the issue.

  4. For undamaged item(s), we will request return. Please repack your return shipment very carefully! Returned items that are damaged during shipment back to us due to poor protection or packing may result in a reduction to the total amount refunded.

  5. Ship your return package using the prepaid shipping label.

  6. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once your return is received.
