"I am very satisfied with the overall quality of the chairs, they feel sturdy and well-made, providing good support. The customer service experience was also positive, they were responsive and helpful throughout the process. My only concern is with the cushions: one of the two cushions that came with the chairs was slightly smaller than expected and didn�t fully cover the seat, which affects the overall look and comfort slightly. Other than that, I�m pleased with my purchase"
