STORY

The Tripod Cane Stool has a rattan seat in the iconic webbing pattern and a solid teak frame, making it a refined cane bar stool. The round stool wood seat frame is made of two concentric circles with gently rounded edges, while the three legged stool wood base is accented with an antique brass ring that provides a stylish footrest

Part of the Capitol Collection, the stool is a tribute to the classic mid-century Jeanneret designs, reimagined as a timeless Pierre Jeanneret bar stool for modern living spaces

HANDCRAFTED WITH TRADITIONAL WOODCRAFT TECHNIQUES

Our carpenters use a variety of time-tested joinery methods to craft each chair’s solid teak frame, ensuring lasting durability and strength and perfect for creating a wooden bar stool round in shape with timeless craftsmanship.

The visible joinery adds beauty, provides strength, and helps us minimize the use of metal fasteners.

HANDWOVEN NATURAL RATTAN

We hand weave the seat using the distinctive square webbing pattern. The rattan is woven directly through holes drilled into each teak frame, resulting in beautifully crafted rattan woven bar stools that blend timeless design with expert craftsmanship.

This adds a lightness and transparency, both literally and visually, as well as ergonomic comfort and perfectly suited for a teak counter stool that combines style and support

EACH PIECE UNIQUE

We label each piece with a brass plaque symbolizing the tree it comes from, the hands that craft it, and the story to continue with you.
